The Workforce Development Center is designed to provide a comprehensive skills preparation program that meets the client’s needs in reaching his or her desired long-term and short-term goals, ultimately contributing to the betterment and growth of the community.

YOUTH ENRICHMENT

The MOCEDC Youth Enrichment Center is designed to engage youth in services and activities that empower them to believe and achieve in every area of their lives. MOCEDC strives to provide youth with a sense of belonging in their communities while learning the true value of family and self-development.

NEIGHBORHOOD OUTREACH

MOCEDC strives to build our community and maintain quality neighborhoods through a range of programs, education, resources, one-on-one assistance, volunteerism, and outreach.
