Youth Enrichment Center
The Youth Enrichment Center is designed for providing the youth with positive influences. The center ultimately wants to have the youth be contributors to their communities.
About The Program
Maggie’s Outreach 21st Century Learning Center is committed to helping men and women within our communities. The program is designed to unite community members together and serve as a support system for each other. We believe a stronger community will bring about a better world.
What To Expect
Potential members of the youth center can expect to gain valuable information that will be a foundation for when they become older. Our volunteer program will have youth participate in giving back to their communities and people who live in them. Both the Wise Guys and Youth Mentoring programs will pair each participant with an older mentor who can give them advice about life and what to avoid. Rebuilding The Dream Day will have troubled youth learn skills that will help them to control their emotions and how to avoid negative influences.
Requirements To Join
To become a member of the Youth Enrichment Center, you must be between the ages of 9 and 17 years old. Each program has its own set of requirements in order to be accepted. To become a volunteer you will need to sign up either online or at one of our locations. The application will ask about the hours and days that you will be available to help. Those who want to become mentors will need to undergo a background check in addition to the application process.
Volunteers Needed
Would you like to work with young people? Maggie’s Outreach Community Development Center needs willing volunteers for our youth-enriching programs. If you’ve always wanted to make a difference and help out a worthy cause, we welcome you to join us in shaping better futures for our youth
